Bottle from a particular blend, you are tasting an atypical bottle here.

The grape varieties are Marsanne (Rhône) and Colombard (South-West), two different worlds brought together in the same bottle.

Everything is harvested manually in boxes of 13kg maximum to preserve the grapes.

This juice is then aged for 10 months in oak barrels, the aim being to add fat to the mouth.

Balanced profile between freshness, lemon and floral, it is wonderful with your seafood or ember-grilled sea bream!
